How orders and returns work.
Straightforward policies from your Colorado Springs go-to for used outdoor gear.
Shipping
Gearonimo Sports currently ships to the lower 48 states only.
Smaller packages ship free. Standard-size items ship at no extra cost within the lower 48.
Orders placed before 12 PM Mountain Time, Monday–Saturday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM ship the following day.
If you miss the cutoff and need same-day shipping, please call (719) 465-2450 so we can help expedite your order through the queue.
Large packages
Large packages ship for a flat $35. This includes skis, snowboards, ski poles, skateboards, and other oversized or special-handling gear.
The $35 charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
We ship through UPS or USPS. Questions regarding delivery after shipment should be directed to UPS or USPS.
Returns
- Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Gearonimo Sports.
- Eligible returns will receive a full refund once the package is received and inspected.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sold.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery to receive a full refund.
- Returns initiated after 14 days but within 30 days of purchase are eligible for store credit only.
- Gear with safety components (helmets, harnesses, avalanche gear, etc.) cannot be returned once used or worn.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
Terms of Sale
Equipment is sold in its current condition.
The buyer accepts all responsibility for the quality, inspection, and performance of the equipment purchased.
